Water Sabbath is a creative collaboration between filmmaker Mike Thienes and visual artist Jake Keeler—an annual celebration of storytelling rooted in the Midwest’s waters and outdoor spaces. Each year, the event brings together a carefully curated lineup of artists and filmmakers to premiere their latest work, capturing the spirit, solitude, and adventure of life outdoors. What began as a small gathering has evolved into a meaningful tradition—a place where the fly fishing community and outdoor enthusiasts connect, share stories, and find inspiration in both craft and current.
